My girlfriend brought her car up there to just get it checked out. They tried charging her 1800 dollars for breaks and rotors. Way to much money. Found another place who said they would do it for 400. They told us the rotors didn't even need to be replaced but we did anyways. This place is a ripoff and over charges people
Thank you for your one sided review. First off lets get the facts out there. The estimate was for front and rear brake pads and rotors, brake fluid flush, 2 front CV axle shafts and the seals, and battery terminal cleaning. We treat everyone's car the same. We do a full multipoint inspection and whatever we find we present to the customer with pictures and details. We also drive the vehicle and check for any issues with suspension, tires, brakes, etc. The vehicle you are speaking of did need all the things we presented. It is up to the customer on what they do. I can not say anything about the shop you took it to or the quality they produce, but here at Motor Masters safety and reliability are our number one priority. I'm sorry that you didn't like our prices and I didn't know that who ever makes the cheapest bid is the shop telling the truth, again, we collect pictures and offer our professional opinion on what the car needs and let the customer decide what they want to get done.
