- We will charge for a DIAGNOSIS of the customer's vehicle which we will provide:
- Testing and evaluations of the affected systems or parts
- An accurate explanation of what is wrong with the car
- Guarantee that the repairs we recommend will completely fix the issue
- Provide pictures and documentation of what was found and the correction to be made
- Our repairs will be as perfect as we can make it
- We will use the best quality parts possible
- Ensure that the repair is correctly performed by trained professionals with pride and to factory specification
- Use correct tools and equipment to ensure the job is performed correctly
- All repairs performed will have a 3-year 36k mile part and labor warranty unless otherwise stated (Best in the business, better than the dealership)
- A vigorous quality control process which includes:
- The qualified technician performing tests after the repair to ensure a proper fix
- Technician test drive
- Visual inspection by shop owner as to what was done
- Second test drive
- Vehicle cleaning
- We also guarantee that we will be here for the customer before, during, and after the repair and will take care of any issues that arise not beyond reason.
